What Is Hard Anodised Cookware?
 
Hard Anodising is an electrolysis process by which a layer is formed which becomes an integral part of the aluminium surface. Because of this process, the surface becomes harder than steel and attains non-toxic, non-reactive, non-corrosive, and abrasion resistant properties. It hearts quickly, evenly and retains more heat.
